The 6200m² of offices created on this former industrial wasteland host the «Nicéphore Labs», a incubator of companies specializing in image and sound; the offices of the KPMG company as well as various administrative and cultural services of the City. The Sucrerie Rouge, a true emblem of the Chalonnais industrial heritage, is revived thanks to sober and modern fresco.
