April 2025 — To kick off the summer season, HetaOne was invited to color one of the most photographed sculptures from La Grande Motte : the monumental letters «LGM», placed between city and sea, at the heart of the coastal walk.
This place has become, over the years, as much a landmark as a selfies spot, where tourists and locals come to pose in front of the iconic letters, with the Mediterranean as a backdrop. The intervention aimed to strengthen this festive and visual use, by offering an immersive 360° painting around the letters.
The main pattern? A wave. A whirlwind of azure and dynamic curves, like an appeal to freshness in the heat of the south. Shades of blue spread over the entire structure, evoking the sea, the wind, the foam. The sculpture then becomes much more than a support: it turns into a visual, lively, summer experience.
Through this fresco, HetaOne offers a poetic reading of the coastal landscape, between contemporary graphics and marine energy. An invitation to become one with the decor—and to blend into it, if only for the time of a photo.
